Conversational italian

This programme is a language course over a defined number of hours (usually 12), designed to help you progress with your spoken Italian.

Either you are an absolute Beginner approaching Italian for the first time, or an Intermediate student who feels that their skills are a bit rusty. This course will help you brush up and reach the next level. Keeping our focus on speaking, we will be discovering new grammatical structures, vocabulary, helpful idioms and colloquial expressions. Materials and resources will be provided, you just need to bring your motivation and enthusiasm!

Students with Advanced levels are also welcome.

ITALIAN FOR BUSINESS

Conducting your business in a foreign language can sound like a daunting challenge. But there's nothing that we can't tackle together, with the proper tools and at the right pace for you. This programme will include materials targeted at your career goals, with a tailored approach, specialised vocabulary and a range of real-life communication scenarios. With our extensive experience in corporate teaching, areas of expertise span from fashion to finance, law, medicine and many more.

The programme will be divided into 15-hour segments; by the end of each learning chapter you will have gained a specific set of skills to communicate and discuss the most important topics in your field.

italian exam preparation (CILS, PLida, Celi, ail, it)

Do you need a particular certificate to study or live in Italy, or to gain Italian citizenship? Then the Italian Exam Preparation Programme is for you. 

I am a certified CILS examiner with extensive experience, having both prepared and examined students from A1 to C2 level.  Pick your exam (CILS, PLIDA, CELI, AIL, IT) and together we'll discover all the tricks to pass with flying colours. Our lessons will be exam-oriented with practice on past tests; I will share a detailed schedule, with week-by-week grammar topics, vocabulary sets and checkpoints at each milestone.

italian travel survival kit

Planning a trip to Italy? Maybe it's your first time - or maybe you remember nodding along cluelessly as locals gave you directions, or being misunderstood when ordering food in a restaurant? Well, you have just found the perfect programme. 

In only 15 hours you will have learnt the basics of the Italian language and be able to communicate in everyday situations. These include: purchasing tickets for transport / events, asking for directions, ordering in restaurants and cafés, shopping in local markets and shops. We’ll first establish an understanding of the basic structure of the Italian language, giving you firm footing to build communication skills and vocabulary.

It's time to be a traveller and no longer a tourist.
